Proposals Made Easy: Bidsketch Review

As any small business owner knows—finding new clients is a lot of work! From first impressions to meetings and paperwork, value propositions and presentations, it's a challenging but necessary part of entrepreneurship. That's why I love, love, love companies like Bidsketch.

I stumbled upon them while Googling one day and have been hesitant to pull the trigger on a trial, and now that I have...I have no idea what I was waiting for. If you've been doing the same, just do it already! I don't know a single person who gets really jazzed to put together proposals. They are a painful and laborious, but so crucial and important, they end up taking up endless hours of precious time that you already don't have enough of.

Enter Bidsketch.

Promising to shave of time, agony and best of all, make you look amazing, they streamline and simplify the dreaded proposal process. You save sections for re-purposing and even can view analytics and data related to your clients activity with the proposal. I love that feature. How many times have you poured work and sweat and tears into something and then been convinced that your prospect didn't even glance at it? Crushing, right? Well, at least with Bidsketch, you can see the truth of the matter and hopefully be happily surprised.

They also allow your clients to sign online and save their office from clutter central. Of course, if they want to print the proposal out, that's an option too. Honestly, this service makes proposal writing almost...fun. They also have an incredibly useful blog that I read pretty regularly. Make sure to give it a follow, either way. I'm all about free advice in my inbox on a weekly basis, it's so easy!

The one thing I will say is that it may not make sense for all small businesses. The price (while reasonable) is pretty steep for newcomers just starting out. But, I'd argue that it's a key piece of your growth and solid investment. If you can't swing it, they have gracious and generous offers that help soften the financial blow. Another small point is that the design features aren't the greatest or most show-stopping. However, that can mean that your business and all it has to offer simply shines that much brighter.

Take a peek at Bidsketch and let us know what you think! We'd love to chat about it!
